This section applies specifically to the use of our mobile application ("App"), designed exclusively for Breeoot members and accessible via secure login.
We collect the following data types to provide our services:
Camera Access: Our app may request access to your device's camera to enable specific features such as food logging, document scanning, or video communication with a health expert. Camera access is used solely to support your personalised health plan, stored privately and securely, and never shared with third parties. Access is entirely optional and can be revoked at any time via your device settings.
We do not collect identifiable contact details (e.g., name, phone, email) unless provided voluntarily for support or login.
Data is used to deliver personalised preventive health plans, provide real-time insight and feedback, send reminders (via push notifications, if allowed), conduct aggregate analytics (non-identifiable), and improve features, detect bugs, and enhance usability.
Health data is accessed only with your explicit, opt-in consent. You may withdraw consent via the App settings or by contacting our support. We comply with Apple HealthKit and Google Health Connect policies: no use of health data for marketing, no storage of health data in iCloud, encryption in transit and at rest, and no sharing of health data without user consent.
User data is stored only while the account is active. Upon account deletion, all personal and health data will be erased within 30 days. The App is not intended for use by individuals under 18. We do not knowingly collect data from minors.
Site Use Information: BREEOOT collects technical information relating to each time a visitor comes to BREEOOT Websites, including IP address, browser type and version, time zone settings, browser plug-in types and versions, operating system and platform type. We may also collect information about your visit, including pages you viewed or searched for, page response times, download errors, length of visits, and page interaction information.
Information you give us: You may provide Personal Data to us which may include your name, email address, postal address, phone number, your employer and job title, and demographic information. You are only required to provide such information if you want to take advantage of careers and contact services provided through BREEOOT Websites.
Certain processing activities are based on the necessity of such activities for the performance of our relevant services. Other processing activities are based on the grounds that they are necessary for the purposes of our legitimate interests or the legitimate interests of a third party.

Our activities take place in Israel. Most of our databases are currently located in Europe (depending on the services suppliers such as Microsoft 365, DealCloud, etc.).
